We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, creative and dynamic office assistant for a growing media company. The job is based out of Chennai. This position is open for both part time and full time applicants and will be a work from home arrangement.
1. Atleast 1 year experience as administrative support or office coordinator.
2. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and be able to maintain large databases. Proficiency in using other office applications like Power Point, Word and PDF is an added advantage.
3. Must be proficient with photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop and be able to create design templates and edit images for visual print media.
4. Be able to perform administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, managing vendor partnerships and responding to customer and vendor queries.
5. Must be willing to travel for local and pan India logistics support.
6. Must have good communication skills in English and Tamil.
7. Must have a two wheeler.
